Most women I know don't feel alive. They are on autopilot and they are trying to get back to who they really are. They need somebody to turn the lights on so they can see.

Why do women get this way?

Women are buried under life and responsibilities.

I always think of his quote. “Who were you before the world told you who you needed to be?” This quote speaks to me because one of my core desire feelings as a woman and mother is to be wild.

Not wild like dance party wild but wild like  a flower. Not influenced by the world or told who to be. We should be wild as women. Wild to be who we are meant to be in this world.

I lost that part of me to be wild.

I felt flat.

I started eating sugar.

I felt exhausted.

I had pains in my body

I was food to feel loved.

Anything to fill the void.

Then I started taking care of myself, which means:

  1. I had to put myself first

  2. I stopped just taking care of the outside and dove into my self care, self love

  3. I added oods to my diet that gave me energy

  4. I stopped filling the void with sugar

I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a proud woman and health coach and knew it was my duty to help other women like myself.

Today, this is what I do.

I help you to stop feeling starved.

Welcome home my sister.

I cannot wait to meet you
